As highlighted by Energy Source & Distribution, “Tarong North Power Station is one of Australia’s most efficient power stations… supplying approximately 20% of Queensland’s energy needs.” The cooling towers, described as “some of the largest and most iconic structures onsite,” are a critical part of this infrastructure.
