When Adam began his Steelcad journey in 2010 as a Steel Detailer, the world looked a little different — Collingwood and St Kilda had just drawn the AFL Grand Final, Julia Gillard had formed a minority government, and Apple had released its second‑generation Apple TV with Netflix integration. Amid all that change, Adam quickly became known for his drafting expertise and exceptional attention to detail. A quiet achiever, he consistently delivers precise, high‑quality work and remains a steady, reliable cornerstone of our operations.
Joining in the same year, David brought a strong fabrication background that has been invaluable to our detailing processes. His hands‑on experience bridges the gap between detailing and fabrication, elevating our standards and ensuring we deliver practical, high‑quality outcomes for our clients.
By February 2011, when Matt joined as a cadet Steel Detailer, the world was again shifting — Christchurch had been devastated by a major earthquake, Cyclone Yasi had struck North Queensland causing over $3.5 billion in damage, and The King’s Speech had swept the Oscars. During this time, Matt began a journey of growth that has seen him become an integral member of the team. He has also built solid experience in project management, coordinating workflows, supporting project delivery, and helping keep teams aligned and on track. His enthusiasm and drive to learn embody the spirit of innovation we value at Steelcad.
